“Bringing predictability to complex programmes.”

Time is inevitably the most critical and limited resource in any project. At Reliancepier, it is our obligation to lead in planning, developing and coordinating robust project schedules that guide delivery from concept to completion.

Our approach begins with the development of a Master Programme, a strategic planning tool that is created in close collaboration with the client. This high-level schedule identifies key milestones, decision points, and critical interfaces with the project teams. It essentially establishes the framework within which all project stages operate.

A core part of our methodology is the creation of a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), which enables structured planning, accurate sequencing of tasks and clear assignment of responsibilities. It provides the foundation for aligning cost, scope and time across all levels of the programme.

We define and document the assumptions, constraints, dependencies, risks, inputs, and outputs that shape the master programme. These factors are then broken down and addressed in greater detail within individual workstreams—particularly within the design and procurement programmes, ensuring they align with project objectives.

At the detailed programme level, our role is to integrate and coordinate activities across multiple disciplines and stakeholders. We ensure that each task is measurable, predictable, and accountable—because a programme can only be effective if the outcome of each activity can be clearly defined and tracked at any given point in time.

By embedding clarity and certainty into every phase of scheduling, we help our clients maintain control, reduce risk, and make informed decisions that keep projects moving forward.
